Baked Crab Dip
2 cans crab meat
2 cups cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 teaspoons white wine Worcestershire sauce
- Drain and clean the crab meat.
- Place the cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, Worcestershire sauce in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
- Fold the crab meat into the cream cheese mixture.
- Bake at 350° about 25 minutes or until the dip is hot and creamy.
- Serve hot (makes 3 ¼ cups).
