Baked Brie with Roasted Garlic

1 small wheel of Brie
1 or 2 heads garlic, sautéed (to taste)
3-4 tablespoons butter
1 loaf French bread

  1. Separate the cloves of garlic and leave the skins on.
  2. Parboil the cloves for two minutes in boiling water, let cool and peel.
  3. Sauté the cloves in butter until soft and light golden in color.
  4. Place wheel of brie on brie baker and poke a few holes in the top of the rind.
  5. Place the garlic cloves on top of the rind and place in a cold oven. Bake for 20 minutes or so at 350° until bubbly and crusty and brown around the edges.
  6. Serve with French bread.
